DDR comparison of diverged databases

Dear all,
I am trying to run some comparisons between databases that diverged over the years. The comparison seems to work fine for fields, layouts and most of the other elements. However the comparison of scripts is not done correctly. In particular: scripts that are clearly present in both solutions are flagged as new in the comparison although both script and database have the same name. Can it be that the scriptID plays a role? Is there a way to get the comparison to work?
