Analysis Queued
I can't create new analysis's.
When I open Inspector 7.2 the blue pulsating dot is in the top right.
When I update a new analysis, I always get the 'analysis queued...Pending processing' message
Even when I cancel the current upload or restart Inspector (it is on the server) I get the blue dot.
When I first got this message, I noticed that there was a server script running, for the past 15 hours
I killed it on the server, I figure it was left from an import I might have canceled last night.
Client ". process ddr ( id_analysis; db_path_list; comparison ) - InspectorPro 1253 (FileMaker Script)" forced to close connection.
How do I get rid of the blue dot and allow Inspector to process more DDRs?
TIA
Jerry

Hi Jerry,
It is basically stuck the lock flag was set and needs to have the tires kicked on it.
Let me know what time is good for you and I can take a look at it over zoom.
Shoot me an email [email blocked]
Thanks

I have uploaded 4 DDRs.. the first 3 were of our UAT database so that we could try to track changes over time.. They all got stuck "pending processing" 4 days ago.. Today I created a sample file using the "Customers" startup database that ships with FM Pro, created a DDR of that and tried to upload it but it has also frozen and refuses to process.. I have not been able to use your product and have been getting really frustrated with it. We paid a lot of money to be able to use it and it is completely unusable.. I've even tried using the refresh button on top of the splash screen with no success..
