Issue with "The file "1_DET_ACCOUNT.XML" could not be found"
Hi,
I installed the InspectorPro_7.2.107 demo - however, I can't upload DDR into it. I received an error message:
The file "1_DET_ACCOUNT.XML" could not be found
I already read that the problem could be the missing "InspectorSupport" folder in the C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro\19.0\Extensions folder. However, everything is in the right place. Moreover, the downloaded archive also does not contain this file.

Hi Andrii,
Yes, thanks for confirming that you also have the InspectorSupport folder installed at the correct location. Just wondering if you choose preferences in FileMaker and then go to the plug-ins area. And then click the button to reveal that area. Is it the same location as the one where you have the plug-ins installed now?
I know on mac now there is only one area that you can install the plug-ins into. But I seem to recall on windows this might be different.
You also mention "Moreover, the downloaded archive also does not contain this file"... what file are you referring to? The InspectorSupport folder, or something else?
And when you generate your xml make sure to leave it named as summary and choose that when you import.
In the past we did have some situations where, depending on where the XML was saved InspectorPro would have a hard time getting it processed/imported. I would make also sure you have it on your main drive.
And there is one other thing you can try. In the main window at the top when you click on the dial it brings up an about window. At the bottom near the middle is a check box to run in debug mode or not. Toggle that and see if that helps.
Let me know if you got it working.
Thanks

Thanks for the answer. In short - no, it doesn't work at all.
The plugins folder for Inspector is the same folder where all other plugins are stored. By the way, you can see it in the screenshot. All other plugins work without any problems.
Yes, the DDR files (Summary.xml and other) is not renamed or moved. For testing, I do an export to a folder on the desktop. If you export to deeper subfolders, as usual, the Inspector simply won't find it.
Yes, the Test checkbox is disabled. Then turned back on. Anyway, it doesn't work.
I had an assumption that the problem is related to the large size of the DDR. However, this error appears even if I make DDR for the test FileMaker file from one table and one record.

I mean the archive I downloaded from your site containing InspectorPro_7.2.107. It does not contain such a file. And, of course, InspectorSupport folder also not contain this file

Hello, I had the same issue and I fixed it by putting all the plugins in a Disabled folder and placing the Inspector ones in
C:\Program Files\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro 19\Extensions
Hope it helps!
