They all got stuck "pending processing" 4 days ago.. Today I created a sample file using the "Customers" startup database that ships with FM Pro, created a DDR of that and tried to upload it but it has also frozen and refuses to process.. I have not been able to use your product and have been getting really frustrated with it. We paid a lot of money to be able to use it and it is completely unusable.. The other message Jay posted is also try. So Scripts that are for OnWindowTransaction are currently not showing up in the DDR output... once that gets corrected from Claris then we should also be able to detect them. Hope that makes sense.

Let us know if the plug-in is loading when you launch InspectorPro by going to the preferences tab.

Note: If you have FileMaker 19.x, then InspectorPro 7 is really required. InspectorPro is built using FileMaker Pro, so the latest versions correspond to each other. Thus, InspectorPro 7.3 works best in conjunction with FileMaker Pro 19.6 (and vice-versa)

jay_gtag:beezwax.tenderapp.com,2010-10-12:Discussion/13601072922022-08-11T11:18:44Z2022-08-11T22:29:09ZSummary File Missing

Confirmed that replacing “/“ with “-“ in file name solves the issue

jay_gtag:beezwax.tenderapp.com,2010-10-12:Discussion/12649448222022-07-25T22:36:02Z2022-08-11T22:30:10ZComparison Feature Missing

I've updated to 7.2 and re-ran the DDR and the comparison box is still empty. Thanks, Vince!

It was the Additional database folder not the FMS or macOS upgrade. While troubleshooting, I had unchecked debug mode checkbox. When I tested at default location, I had failed to recheck debug mode.

Just tried again and in default location with debug checked - runs great, default location with debug unchecked fails after 45 seconds.

You can use InspectorPro on more than one machine... it is a user license. So as long as it is only you using it, then it is fine to use it on more than one computer.

Version 6 is pretty old at this point and we have made many changes since then.

Version 7.2 is available as an upgrade from our site and has instructions (read me) and some videos on the site. If you are setting it up on windows then there are some manual steps to follow. However if you are setting it up on Mac just upload the file to the server and it should auto-install the plug-in and you are good to go.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
