DDR imports fine on local copy of Inspector but not when running on Windows server
Hello:
I installed IP v7.0.56 on a Windows 10 Enterprise desktop PC (placed plugin and support folder as directed), opened in FMAP 17.0.7.700, and successfully, registered. I imported an XML DDR exported from a served database (v15 server using v17 client) and it all seems fine. But after moving that registered copy of IP to a Windows 16 Server (VM) running FMS v18 (having installed the IP plugin and support folder as directed and confirmed the active plugin in FMS Admin Console), importing a DDR fails. The import seems to begin, then ends quickly and displays "Analysis Complete" but with a progress bar at 4% and no data within the analysis. When I click on the "DB"column which shows a IP error symbol (orange triangle with exclamation mark) I get a dialog that says, "This script cannot be found or has been deleted." (see attached screenshot).
I've checked and recheck the installation steps and all file locations. I tried this a few months back on a different server (Windows 12 running FMS 15) and had the same problem. Am I working with the current build of Inspector Pro?

Has the update you referenced released yet? If so or when it does, how to I get the update and apply it to my instance?

I am still seeing the same problem.
I am using soliant.cloud, installed the plugin, placed the extra InspectorSupport folders.
FMS version 19.2.1.23
In the FileMaker admin console I can see 1 script step kicking off (extra user connecting) and after that nothing and DDR is processed.
It just won't
